***Bengal Ilish Rai boil kari.
***Ilish rai boil kari-Ready for eat only rice.
*** 1/2 kg cutting fresh ilish fish.
*** Cooking Agenda:-
1) 500gms ilish fish
2) 30gms white and 30gms black mustard seeds.
3) 50ml mustard oil.
4) 1spoon Ginger pest.
5) 1spoon garlic pest.
6) 1/2 spoon black seeds.
7) 1 spoon chilli powder.
8) 4 pieces green chilli.
9) 1,1/2spoon turmeric powder.
10) 2spoon salt.
11) 5 pieces coriander tree leaves.
11) 300ml drinking water.
*** Cooking process:-
1)Fast take wash and fresh ilish fish with add 1spoon salt after 2 minit add 1spoon turmeric power.

2) As well as do redy mustard seeds pest.

3) Pot put on oven after 2 minit add mustard oil with add 1 spoon sugar and 1/2 spoon black seeds  after 1 minit add Ginger and garlic pest fry 5 minit. with add 1spoon chilli powder and 1/2 spoon turmeric powder with add 1cupe water. Do this mixture fry 5minit.

4) Fish and mustard pest and fry spice's ( masala) and 1 ,1/2 spoon salt mix with 250ml water and add green chilli and coriander leave.
5) After that all mixing kari 20 nimit boil by one vacuum box.
