***Muttan kari-Redy for eat with rice and bred(tooti).
***1kg Cuting row goat muttan.

***Cooking Agenda:-
  • Mutton 1kg, (mutton  cutting small size with need and Cline Wash by dinkking water for better  recipe with good health)

  • 100gms curd.

  • 100gms Mustard oil

  • 1spoon sugar.

  • 75gms Ginger pest

  • 50gms garlic pest

  • 2 spoon Chilli powder

  • 200gms Onions .

  • 4pices Green chillies .

  • 100gms tamato

  • 2spoon turmeric power(haldi powder)

  • 1spoon meetmasal powder.

  • 5tree dhaniya pata.

  • Cooking proces:-

    • 1)Muttan cut small piece with neet and Cline by  frees water. 

    • 2)20gm mustard oil and 100gms curd and 1 spoon turmeric powder and 1spoon chilli powder and 1spoon meetmasal powder with 1 spoon salt 1minit mixed with 1kg muttan.Ofter that 15 minit wait.

    • 3)Fast 3minit pot put on brun oven with fast give 80 gms mustrad oil ofter that 1spoon sugar ofter 30 secend add cutting  4pices green chilli and 200 gms onion ofter 5minit add 50 gms garlic pest ofter 3minit add ginger pest ofter 3 minit add 100 gms tamato with add 1spoon salt ofter 5 mint add 1spoon turmaric and 1spoon chilli powder with mustered oil  on put.Offer 5 minit add 100ml fresh water with 10 minit still boiling.After that add mixed muttan 15 minit boil on pot .

    • 4) Midium cook muttan with 250 ml water and dhaniya pata put into pressure cookar for muttan soft and egi digest wait for 7 citi.

    • This ready for eat with rice and rooti .
